My wife and i are a little over weight, not that much but it
wouldnt hurt us to tone up or lose 20-30lbs. We have tried
diets, excercise, and other methods any ideas. Thank you.

How to get a flat stomach. 6/15/2005
Many of us have a problem with love handles and a pouch. Lose
10 pounds will help, lots of exercise at the gym including
situps. Pilates is great for your chore muscles. Jim's
colon cleanse and pills are good to get rid of your gut, counter
rotation with your fist helps, but the best exercise for
me is the slant board which I use at Davie Bally Total Fitness.
I adjust it to about 90 ...

I have a hard time motivating myself to exercise. This has

that your holding it, or like your going to "pee"
but your squeezing for a good 10 sec, and release. Do this

Many times than not, I always look around and find myself
wondering "why the hell are all the sexy women with
fat over weight slobs?!?"
Contrary to what the media says about, being more fit makes

Rehabilitation of injuries 4/28/2005
Recently I injured my ankle by rolling it as I stepped off
a curb while jogging. My ankle became swollen instantly.

New info on Drinking Too Much Water 4/14/2005
There was a study that just came out that warns against the
rsiks of dinrking too much water, rather than the traditional
concern of not enough. Apparently it can mess with the sodium
ratio and kill you. Interesting new information.

I was wondering what the best workouts there are for your
